Thank you for exhibiting at 2021 FDSA Annual Trade Show.  This year's exhibit hall will be open from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM. 


2021 Trade Show Exhibitor Information

• Booth registration fees include one complimentary attendee registration and one box lunch.

• Single booth spaces are 8’ x 10’ in size and include up to two eight-foot draped tables, one wastebasket, two chairs, and one identification sign (first booth only). Additional tables may be purchased separately.

• Note: Any exhibiting company that dismantles its exhibit booth before 6:00 PM on November 3 will forfeit its privilege for priority booth reservation for FDSA’s 2022 Annual Trade Show.

Additional fees:

• Power connections: $75 per drop

• Trade Show Passport Square: $75 per square (24 spaces available)

Single (8' x 10') $500 $725
Double (8' x 20') $1,000 $1,450
Triple (8' x 30') $1,500 $2,175
Quad (8' x 40') $2,000 $2,900

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation with full refund: September 30, 2012

• Cancellation with 50 percent refund: October 1 through October 22, 2021

• No refunds after October 20, 2021
